


Kelly Franklin has more than 30 years of experience across higher education, social services, including vocational rehabilitation, and the private sector. She began her career in public vocational rehabilitation as a counselor and has since held both counseling and administrative roles throughout the social services system. Ms. Franklin provides training, coaching, and consulting in leadership, behavior change, and system change management.
In 2020, Kelly became the Director of VR Projects and Services at the Center for Continuing Education in Rehabilitation at the University of Washington. As the Center VR Director, Kelly served the nation's Region 10 area that covers Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. During her time at the University of Washington, Kelly delivered foundational vocational rehabilitation training and consulting support to VR professionals. She also partners with organizations to build cultures that are inspired, empowered, and aligned with their vision, mission, and values. Ms. Franklin holds the CRC credential and has been a member of MINT since 2014.
